Which means of payment are accepted?
Lorenzi Como accepts the following payment methods on www.lorenzicomo.com:

All transactions are processed in euros (EUR). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank will apply its own exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Your security is our absolute priority. All payments on lorenzicomo.com are processed through Shopify Payments, which uses the highest industry standards for data protection.
Our checkout is fully encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, ensuring that your personal and financial information is transmitted securely. In addition, 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey) may be required by your bank to verify your identity during the transaction.
Lorenzi Como never stores your full credit card details. All card data is handled directly by our certified payment processor in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards issued by banks worldwide. As long as your card belongs to one of the accepted networks listed above (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro), it can be used to complete your purchase regardless of the country of issue.
Please note that some banks may require you to authorise international online transactions. If your payment is declined, we recommend contacting your bank to ensure that online purchases from Italy (EU) are enabled on your card.
Can I place an order using a card that is not mine?
For security and fraud prevention reasons, we strongly recommend using a payment method registered in your own name. Orders placed with a card belonging to a third party may be subject to additional verification, and Lorenzi Como reserves the right to cancel any order where the identity of the cardholder cannot be confirmed.
When will my credit card be debited?
Your credit card is debited at the time the order is confirmed. If an item in your order is unavailable after payment, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For PayPal payments, the amount is debited immediately upon order confirmation through your PayPal account.
My payment was declined - what should I do?
If your payment is declined, please verify the following:
- Your card details (number, expiry date, CVV) have been entered correctly.
- Your card has not expired and has sufficient funds available.
- International and online transactions are enabled on your card.
- If prompted for 3D Secure verification, ensure you complete the authentication step with your bank.

Can I use a promotional code or gift card?
Yes. If you have a promotional code or a Lorenzi Como gift card, you can apply it at checkout in the designated field. Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated, and each code may only be used once.
Gift cards are applied as a payment method and any remaining balance will be available for future purchases.
