General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 – Company and website

1.1 Company

The website www.lorenzicomo.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is published by Equocube S.r.l., a company with registered office at Viale 22 Marzo 5, 20129 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT number (P.IVA / IVA) 13548150963.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “TACS”) apply to all orders for products or services placed on the Website (the “Products”) by any individual acting as a consumer (the “Customer”).

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TACS.

Equocube S.r.l. reserves the right to modify the TACS at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the date and time of the order.

1.2 Website

The Website is an e-commerce platform owned and operated by Equocube S.r.l.

The Website is accessible worldwide, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in cases of maintenance, technical interruption, security updates, or force majeure.

Equocube S.r.l. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from temporary unavailability, errors, bugs, or interruptions.

2 – To place an order

2.1 Registration

To place an order, the Customer may be required to create an account on the Website.

Upon registration, an email confirmation will be sent.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Equocube S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

The Customer declares to be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

Equocube S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend or delete an account at its discretion, in particular in case of misuse or suspected fraud.

2.2 Products

Products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of consultation, subject to availability.

Despite careful updating, errors may occur. Equocube S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for such errors, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Photographs aim to represent products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to digital display limitations or screen settings.

If a Product is out of stock, the Customer may request to be notified when it becomes available again, where this functionality exists on the Website.

2.3 Order cancellation

Equocube S.r.l. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, even after confirmation, in exceptional cases (including but not limited to: stock issues, force majeure, technical error, suspected fraud).

If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Customer will be informed and refunded for unavailable Products.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer service at support@lorenzicomo.com.

If cancellation occurs after shipment, the Customer may exercise the withdrawal right under Section 5, and return costs will be borne by the Customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.

3 – Prices and terms of payment

Prices are displayed in EUR.

For Customers residing in the European Union, prices are displayed inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. For Customers outside the EU, VAT may not apply; local customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.

Equocube S.r.l. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed at checkout at the time of the order.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (where available)

Payments are secured via Shop (a shopify solution) using SSL encryption or equivalent security standards.

Orders are payable immediately. Equocube S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment incident, chargeback risk, or suspected fraud.

4 – Delivery

Delivery is available worldwide via Mailbox.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on destination, customs, peak periods, or events outside Equocube S.r.l.’s control.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery information is accurate and complete.

In case of damaged delivery, the Customer must notify Equocube S.r.l. within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence (photos, carrier notes).

Equocube S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

5 – Withdrawal right and returns

If the Customer is a consumer under EU/Italian consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason.

To exercise the withdrawal right, the Customer must notify Equocube S.r.l. by email at support@lorenzicomo.com and follow the return instructions provided.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be returned unused, in original condition, with labels and packaging intact.

  • The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day Equocube S.r.l. is informed of the withdrawal, subject to the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received back or evidence of return is provided, in accordance with applicable law.

Made-to-measure or personalized Products cannot be returned or refunded, except in case of defect or lack of conformity.

6 – Legal guarantees

Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects in accordance with applicable law (including EU and Italian consumer protection provisions where applicable).

In case of defect or non-conformity, the Customer must contact support@lorenzicomo.com and provide supporting evidence (photos, order number, description of the issue).

7 – Retention of title

Products remain the property of Equocube S.r.l. until full payment is received.

Risk transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

8 – Intellectual property 

All elements of the Website (including but not limited to texts, images, logos, designs, graphics, layout) are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Equocube S.r.l. and/or its licensors.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9 – Applicable law and jurisdiction

These TACS are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the Customer’s country of residence within the EU.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to legal action.

Where applicable, the Customer may also have access to alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) mechanisms provided by law.

10 – Personal data and cookies

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including the GDPR where applicable).
